I was intrigued with this product, since in Youtube, the beauty gurus had rated this as their best cleansing balm, beating Banila Co Clean it Zero by a little. So I decided to try this. But I saw that it was pricey like the Banila Co also and I wouldn't want to splurge that much.
Luckily, there's an online shop in Instagram: @kbeautycafe that sells these Heimish All Clean Balm in sample sizes (for P110 only!)
Packaging
| The trial size comes in like a capsule form, where you peel the top off to get some of the product, and you can't close the lid back again unless you place a tape on it.
|
Smell
| It has a herbal medicinal scent |
Consistency
| It's a balm that melts in your skin into an oil. It's not oily like the Banila Co though, it gives you that feeling, you're putting a balmy cream into your skin. Like a massage balm.

Application
|
When you apply it to your skin, it feels like you're putting some skincare product into your skin. It melts away your makeup, although with some difficulty with mascaras (which are always the case with other makeup removers also).
Here's my everyday makeup.
As you could see, it melted my eye makeup and a little bit of my eyeliner.
After applying the balm and washing it off with water
|
Duration of use | 3 consecutive days |
Price | Php 110 for the minis. Php 875 for full size in the same store |
Pros
| Melts away your makeup without hurting your eyes Feels like putting skincare product |
Cons
| Herbal scent - this is actually my hatest with this product Can blur your eyes temporarily like the Banila Co |
Buy again?
| No - I really don't like the herbal scent |
Rating
| 6/10 |
So unlike the beauty gurus in youtube, Banila Co won over Heimish from my standards.
