Craft of the Day: Egg Salad Sandwich

I was switching channels when I came across, Everyday Food from Lifestyle Network yesterday.  This is the first time I've watched this so I took it a shot.  I honestly don't know how to cook.  In fact, I'm scared of frying, because of the hot oil splatters.  Anyways, this morning I woke up early, 4:30 am, & since I couldn't go back to sleep, I guess I can make myself a breakfast.

The particular food that caught my eye is when they said that you can make the perfect hard boiled egg. The show made the perfect hard boiled egg & made an egg salad.

So today when I woke up.  I tried to make my 1st own egg salad.  Actually I couldn't remember the recipe, so I just made my own version.  I looked at what's available in my mother's fridge, left overs maybe.
Here's my version of egg salad:
My recipe:
Ingredients:
1 medium egg
1 medium sized tomato
1 slice of ham (I used purefoods honey ham)
Mayonnaise
1 small onion (or shallot I think)
Pepper

1. Boil the egg for 12 min
2. I placed the tomato onto oven toaster, since I like the taste of toasted tomato
3. Fried the ham & sliced  it into small pieces
4. Sliced the tomato, ham, onion, hard boiled egg into small pieces
5. Mixed everything in a bowl w/ mayonnaise.  Add Pepper to taste.

Makes 2 sandwiches
