Nichido Stardust Eyeshadow - First Impressions

I seldom use brown eyeshadow, I'm more of a pink and gold type of person when it comes to eyeshadows.  But brown eyeshadow is something like a must have, it can go well with almost any outfit.

But I didn't want to spend so much on brown eyeshadows since I don't frequently use them.  So I thought of why not buy from one of the local brands instead.  I originally intended to buy the Fashion 21 Eyeshadow, but to my surprise, the Watson's in Greenhills doesn't carry Fashion 21! That's to my surprise as well.  Nichido was on sale when I went there, I bought this eyeshadow for 89 from the original price of P168.

I got the "Totally Neutral".

Packaging
It comes with a bronze colored box.  The palette is in a plastic container with bronze colored cover.  A mirror is behind the cover.  It also comes with a sponge stick applicator.

Smell
None
SwatchThe middle shade and the light brown shade is very light when swatched in the hand.  The darkest brown shade is very pigmented.

Application
When applied either by fingers or by brush, it feels silky smooth.  This is a powder type of eyeshadow but when you apply it, since it's smooth, I feel like it has a little creamy hint to it.  When applied to the eyes, it looks natural although the darkest brown, you have to be careful since it  is really pigmented. Although there are glitters in the pan, the eyeshadows are matte when applied onto your eyelids.
I was actually surprised with its performance, for 89 pesos, this is worth your money.  I didn't have any fall outs and the eyeshadow lasted for 8-10 hours.

Duration of use1 day
PricePhp 168 regular price, Php 89 (on sale), you can buy from any Watson's Store.
