I think I bought this when some of my Daiso eyebrow pencils ran out, anyways I really can't remember. Well I think this is a blessing in disguise I think, good thing I did not decide to sell this too since I was able to replenish my Daiso Eyebrow Pencil in past

When the seal was removed:
You can twist the pencil up and down.
This has 2 tips, 1 for the pencil and the other one the spooly. The pencil is shaped like a rhomboid.

I was not expecting much of this actually, since I did not see a lot of reviews for this. But I was actually surprised that on application it's really smooth! And what I love the most about this is that the spooly is really soft too. Even softer than Daiso.
Comparing this with Daiso though, I think I like this better because of smooth application and really love the spooly.
