I’ve been posting less makeup related blog posts. I’ve been trying to use up the products I bought before before venturing on buying a new product. This is my little way of helping out the environment, buy buying less new products and wait until the previous one is used up before opening a new one.

November 2018 Empties
These are the collective empties that I've accumulated. Some were not really empty, but they've reached the 1 year limit I set for my makeup products.
Some random rant: I'm not liking the new algorithm of Facebook, wherein in order to be in the news feed of your friends, your post should have comments and shares and not just likes.

July 2018 Empties / Declutter
It's been almost 1 year since I first made a post about empties. Can't believe I've been doing makeup posts for almost more than 1 year already.

March 2018 Collective Empties
However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. It matters that you don't just give up - Stephen Hawking
Stephen Hawking just recently passed away at age 76. Many of his inspirational quotes circulated the web. I just found one of his quotes and guess this is one that I like.
Totally not related to the post haha, just would like to share my experience with these products that I've collectively used up already.
- Biore Cleansing Milk - This is very gentle to the eyes, it removes completely your whole makeup, except for Heroinemake waterproof mascara, but overall I love this product. What I don't like though is when I use it, sometimes it gets into your mouth and you can taste that it is really very bitter. I used this for a total of around 7 months.
- Heroinemake Kissme Waterproof Eyeliner (Black) - I like this is precise and jet black. Stays on point the whole day. Although the brush tends to open up when it's almost done or dried up.
- Dejavu Fiberwig Mascara - This looks good on application. What I don't like though with this is that the formula is a little heavy, it can't maintain my eyelashes curled up through the day. Also the "fibers" that this add to your lashes sometimes goes into your eyes which I don't like. If asked, I still prefer the Heroinemake Mascara over this one.
- Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder - I think this is a so-so product for me, it does its job, although I'm not so much "wow" by it. I used this up almost 6 months.
- Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream - This is one of my favorite and recommended BB creams especially in the hot humid weather of the Philippines. This is so lightweight and smooth on your skin. There's still something left in the bottle, but I decided to throw it already since the product started to clump up since it's almost 1 year already since I opened this one.
- Daiso eyebrow pencil - I've talked about this already, check here, this is my holy grail eyebrow pencil.
Hoping for a better and happier days to come 😇

September 2017 Empties
These empties are cumulative since July. It's a great feeling when you finish a product, for some reason. I don't know why but it feels kind of good.

Midyear 2017 empties
I can't remember if these are everything, sometimes I throw the empty containers away, sometimes I keep them. Anyways, here are a few of those that I was able to keep.
- Banila Co Clean it Zero Cleansing Balm - I love this so much that this is my holy grail cleansing balm. It can blur your eyes for a while, but I just love it so much! Actually I'm on on my 3rd tub already. I love the smell, I love that it melts away my makeup just like that. It removes the step of scrubbing your face and or rubbing your face with cotton pad or tissue which sometimes can irritate your skin. You can read my first impression here
- Etude House Lovely Cookie Blusher (Grapefruit Jelly) - This has been with me since 2015. Haha and I haven't finished it! But my skin is already itchy when I apply this so I have to buy a new one. This just gives you that hint of blush.
- Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream - I like that this is very lightweight to my eyes. I can't say that this did anything remarkable to my eyes, well maybe also because I always forget to apply this in my eyes. Read my 1st impressions of this here. To think this lasted for 16 months, for a small tube although like I said before, I did not use this every day.
- Heroinemake Long & Curl Mascara - This has become my holy grail mascara ever since I tried this this year! It's just perfect for your eyelashes. I know that mascaras are only supposed to be used for 3 months only, but I was able to stretch this to 5 months. Well it's expensive, so why throw it away at 3 months? Anyways, at 5 months, there's still some left of the product but I started noticing that its performance is not as great as 1-2 months of initial usage. I'm using the Volume & Curl Mascara now and I'll let you know what I think once I finished it. Check my first impressions of the Long & Curl Mascara here
- Biore Uru-Uru 2-in-1 instant foaming wash - This has a delicious apple scent which I love, lasted pretty much for 4 months. I use this once a day at night as part of my double cleansing routine. This feels like putting marshmallow onto your face. At first, this stings my skin, but after a while of continous usage, I don't feel the sting anymore. If you want to read my first impressions, here
- Biore UV Face Milk - I just love this, even if this is for oily skin, me, being a dry to combination skin type, this just works well. I love Biore sunscreens! I'm just trying out the other lines, but I've been loyal to Biore ever since trying out my first Biore Sunscreen last year. Biore sunscreens are just my holy grail sunscreen, not even canmake mermaid gel, nor Innisfree sunscreen could replace this. I used this all up in 5 months of everyday, once a day, one layer of application.
