I did not realise that I bought only 1 Heroinemake black liquid eyeliner in my trip to HK last year. So when I finished it I panicked that I don't have a black eyeliner in my stash.
This just gave me the reason though to buy new makeup!!!

Like any "pen" type eyeliner, this is easy to control when applying on your eyes. The application is smooth, doesn't tag, the tip of the felt-tip is soft and doesn't hurt my eyes.
This is really water-proof as it claimed. Below is the picture after I rubbed it in water with my finger.
This is was long lasting as well. It lasted on me for 12 hours and it didn't budge. This is relatively easy to remove. I used the Biore Cleansing Milk and Shiseido Perfect Whip and it was removed.
