Shiseido Perfect Whip - Review

I just finished my Biore Uru-Uru and I'm on the look out for a new facial wash.  I then decided to try the Shiseido Perfect Whip since a lot of people have been raving about it.  I'm just a lazy girl in making it foam up which was the main reason why I had not bought it before.

Packaging
Blue squeezy tube plastic packaging.

Smell
Lovely floral scent.  I really love the smell of this, even better than Speedy Whip
Consistency
Looks like regular consistency of usual facial wash.

Application
If you use it as is like the picture above and you apply it on your face, it really foams up in your face better than the other usual facial wash.  But in the youtube video I saw on how to make it fluffy in your hand, I don't know what I was doing wrong but I cannot make it foam up just like in the video.  Maybe something I'm doing wrong.

But I did use a foam dispenser (from my old Biore Uru-Uru foam disponser) and it dispensed a very beautiful foam:

Isn't this just beautiful?!

This feels really good onto your skin after washing once.  You can really feel your face really really stripped out of all the gunk while maintaining your skin moisturised.  Love the scent also when washing it.

Makeup Remover Test:
Although this is not marketed really mainly as a makeup remover, I just thought I'll have this test, just curious.
Here, I tried removing my makeup without using a makeup remover.  Before I proceed with my inputs, on the left picture, was my face with my makeup and the makeup I used are: Daiso Brow pencil, Fashion21 Eyeshadow, Heroinmake Waterproof Black Eyeliner, Heroinemake Waterproof Volume and Curl Mascara, Holika Holika Aqua Petite Jelly BB cream, The Saem Perfect Tip Concealer, Too Cool For School Artclass by Rodin Highlighter, Nichido Contour Kit, Peripera Airy Ink Velvet.

As you can see, it was able to probably remove 50% of my makeup.  It was visible not able to remove the eyeliner and mascara.

Here's a picture of what's left, I tried to remove the remaining makeup with Innisfree Apple Seed Makeup Remover wipe.

Duration of use2 weeks
PricePhp 200, I bought this in Carousell
Pros
Feels really good, like you're in a spa
Moisturising
Smells good
Cons
Trying to make a foam by hand is time-consuming for someone always on the go
Buy again?

Rating
