I was a first year GS resident when I first met him. He was curently our training officer. How should I describe him? He is strict and always drives us to not only do our very best but to aspire for something higher also. He motivates us to study hard and do our best in all our cases & exams. He also always reminds us to dress appropriately especially in facing our patients.
He may no longer be our training officer, but I personally believe that he still gives a great impact on us, and part of me now was a result of his patient training of us.
