Earl Grey Chocolate Microwave Doughnuts - Dorm Cooking

I just recently bought a doughnut mold from Daiso Japan store that's microwavable! There are really lots of goodies in daiso and saizen! Which is why I really love that store!

Time to put this into test. Most of the youtube tutorials I found, use it as a pancake mold. But I don't have a pancake mix right now here in my dorm. I've got some leftovers though from my chocolate chip mug cake experiment before.

Here goes...
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon all purpose flour
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon chocolate chip
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon earl grey tea

1. In a bowl combine all purpose flour, sugar, coca powder and mix well.
2. Add 1 egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Add oil and milk and earl grey tea and mix well until you have smooth mixture.
4. Pour amounts of the batter into the molds only up to the line indicated in the molds (approximately 5mL)
5. Put in microwave and bake for 1 min on medium heat.
6. Put out of microwave, it should come out easily.
Enjoy!
