1st fistulotomy

1st times are always worth remembering rightt? Well I did my 1st fistulotomy and fistulectomy already. :D

Guided by Dr F. Belmonte, It's actually harder than appendectomy, well at least for fistulotomy. 

More surgeries pls hehe!
