Lemon Yakult Hack

I would like to thank Ezra for this idea for my artsymed post.  Even if this was all around youtube (as I've just recently discovered), I only discovered this as I was thinking of doing this post.

I like drinking the Lemon Yakult, we had near in UST.  Sometimes you just want something refreshing to drink.  But it's kind of expensive for a student, at P69 for a drink.  So if you're on a budget but still on the crave of drinking this, here's a cheaper alternative.  But not as healthy though as the real thing.

Beauty Holy Grail (March 2018)

These are just some of my holy grails so far as of March 2018 and since I think I started getting serious with makeup around 2016.

Of course just  a disclaimer: These are my own holy grails and worked for me.  This post is also not sponsored.

I defined my holy grail as something that I've bought over and over again.  In the middle I may try some other brand, but I always go back to these products anyways.

March 2018 Collective Empties

However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at.  It matters that you don't just give up - Stephen Hawking

Stephen Hawking just recently passed away at age 76.  Many of his inspirational quotes circulated the web.  I just found one of his quotes and guess this is one that I like.

Totally not related to the post haha, just would like to share my experience with these products that I've collectively used up already.

  1. Biore Cleansing Milk - This is very gentle to the eyes, it removes completely your whole makeup, except for Heroinemake waterproof mascara, but overall I love this product.  What I don't like though is when I use it, sometimes it gets into your mouth and you can taste that it is really very bitter. I used this for a total of around 7 months.
  2. Heroinemake Kissme Waterproof Eyeliner (Black) - I like this is precise and jet black. Stays on point the whole day.  Although the brush tends to open up when it's almost done or dried up.
  3. Dejavu Fiberwig Mascara - This looks good on application.  What I don't like though with this is that the formula is a little heavy, it can't maintain my eyelashes curled up through the day.  Also the "fibers" that this add to your lashes sometimes goes into your eyes which I don't like.  If asked, I still prefer the Heroinemake Mascara over this one.
  4. Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder - I think this is a so-so product for me, it does its job, although I'm not so much "wow" by it. I used this up almost 6 months.
  5. Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream - This is one of my favorite and recommended BB creams especially in the hot humid weather of the Philippines.  This is so lightweight and smooth on your skin.  There's still something left in the bottle, but I decided to throw it already since the product started to clump up since it's almost 1 year already since I opened this one.
  6. Daiso eyebrow pencil - I've talked about this already, check here, this is my holy grail eyebrow pencil.
Hoping for a better and happier days to come 😇

Lancome Juicy Shaker - Review

I got this in my last trip in Australia.  One of the high-end brands, I saw this in one of the beauty reviews in youtube.

Packaging
I love the packaging of this.  It's so cool.  It looks like a shaker bottle, the one used by bartenders.  It has a clear plastic body and chrome twistable cover.

Otterly Beautiful Day - Shaker Card

I'm starting my birthday month with spreading happiness.  Hope I can have the time to push this through.  February was a sad month for me.  I guess I just have to counteract this negativity for some time.

Starting with very cute otters!  This was my first time to use Copic Markers, I think I have to have some learning curve using these markers, even knowing about the proper paper.
